Registered Naturopathic Doctor, Lifestyle Medicine Strategist, Clinical Focus: Fertility and Weight Loss
Dr. Georgia Parousis is a licensed naturopathic doctor with a clinical focus on fertility, hormonal health, and metabolic function. She works with individuals and couples seeking a personalized, evidence-informed approach to optimizing their reproductive and hormonal health.
Whether you’re preparing for conception, navigating irregular cycles, supporting egg or sperm quality, or addressing thyroid and metabolic imbalances – including challenges with weight management – she creates clear, individualized plans tailored to your unique needs.
Dr Parousis works collaboratively with Dr Wylde to help patients lose weight. She also optimizes the landscape from which conception can take place and frequently collaborates with fertility clinics. She supports patients undergoing Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF), egg and/or sperm preservation, and other Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART). She values an integrative model of care and has seen firsthand how the thoughtful combination of naturopathic and conventional medicine can meaningfully support clinical outcomes.
Her clinical experience includes working with a wide range of fertility-related concerns, including diminished ovarian reserve (DOR), premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), low AMH and/or AFC, recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL), recurrent implantation failure (RIF), male factor infertility, advanced maternal age, endometriosis, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
She integrates clinical nutrition, targeted supplementation, and botanical medicine with personalized lifestyle strategies to support your goals. Her aim is to simplify what can often feel overwhelming—providing clear direction, clinical insight, and a structured plan so you can confidently navigate your health and wellbeing every step of the way.
Dr. Parousis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and a Graduate degree in Education, and earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. During her training, she was selected to participate in a highly competitive reproductive health and fertility shift, allowing for focused, hands-on experience in this area. She is a proud member of both the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND).
