A tailored Hormone Support Program includes

Personal Assessment

At the core of our hormone replacement therapy program is the personal assessment phase, where I focus on understanding each patient’s unique experience with the menopause transition. During this assessment, we engage in thorough discussions about your baseline symptoms, health history, family history and individual health goals. One key aspect of the assessment process is the in-depth exploration of the benefits and risks associated with hormone replacement therapy, ensuring that you are well-informed and empowered to make decisions that align with your well-being. While labs are typically done at baseline to provide valuable insight into your hormone levels, it’s important to note that they are not essential and considered unnecessary according to the MSCP (Menopause Society Certified Practitioner). In our program we decide together if and which labs are necessary according to the stage of perimenopause you are in. We prioritize open communication and a comprehensive evaluation of your symptoms and stage of perimenopause to guide our decision-making process, taking into consideration individualized prescriptions and dosing of hormone therapy tailored to your specific needs. Throughout the program, we work closely with you to strike a balance between maximizing the benefits of hormone replacement therapy and minimizing potential side effects. Our personalized approach to hormone support is grounded in research and designed to empower you with the knowledge and support needed to navigate the complexities of perimenopause and the menopause transition with confidence and clarity.

Addressing Hormone Changes

Navigating hormone changes during perimenopause requires a tailored approach that differs from the treatment offered after menopause. It is not uncommon for symptoms experienced during perimenopause to be dismissed or overlooked, leading to delayed intervention that may impact your quality of life. However, in our program, we prioritize your health and well-being in the years leading up to menopause and beyond, recognizing the importance of addressing symptoms and hormonal changes proactively. Unlike traditional approaches that may wait until after menopause to initiate treatment, we believe in providing comprehensive support during perimenopause to help you manage symptoms effectively and optimize your health during this transitional phase. By taking a proactive stance on hormone management, we aim to enhance your well-being and quality of life by addressing your unique needs in a timely and personalized manner. It is important to note that treatment approaches may evolve as you progress through different stages of menopause. Our program is designed to adapt to your changing needs and ensure that you receive the necessary support and interventions to promote optimal health throughout your menopausal journey. By prioritizing early intervention and individualized care, we empower you to navigate perimenopause with confidence and address your health needs with proactive, personalized hormone support.
